The significance of this circuit is that #OpenQASM 3.0 will include conditional logic, so within one circuit you will be able to take early measurements and work with the results later on. You can actually simulate that now; real hardware needs to catch up.

I started #MachineLearning and #QuantumComputing with a 6-year-old Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (left). When it finally failed to boot up, I was forced to downgrade to the model on the right. On screen is my first ever quantum circuit, written in #OpenQASM.
One of my professional goals for 2021 is to be recognized by @IBMResearch as an #OpenQASM Advocate. I face an uphill battle since I don't think they recognize that at all, but maybe if I send enough subliminal tweets....

Designing it with LaTeX is harder.
C is one of my 3 favorite languages and tops this list of energy-efficient #programming languages. As is my custom, I printed this out and scribbled #OpenQASM above it and #NASM next to it. May not be true, but OpenQASM tops all my lists.

#OpenQASM apparently doesn't like capital letters. To keep track of Alice's qubits, I tried to name a quantum register "Alice." I can name it "alice," but I can't name it "Alice." The same applies to Bob and Charlie.
