@franklindbirtle @VMIAC @johno0910 The other concept I think is important 2 consider is #Otherisation used by neuroscientist Kathleen Turner to describe what happens when people don’t belong in “their tribe”, the others are classed as subhumans. At an unconscious level do we “otherise” consumers? I hope not.
