It’s strange when I see activists, #OutrageMerchants and general “bawagizi” attack me and the organization I work for coz we aren’t insulting state actors in an almighty show of outrage.
When we were talking about these issues years back, they were insulting us and calling us sellouts because we said the only way out for Uganda is dialogue and understanding that whether you’re @NRMOnline or it’s opposition, Uganda is for us all and we might as well figure out a way to work together to build our country.
They insulted us for defending Musana then the state started jailing other TikTokers and they started sharing fliers with “Free XYZ”, counting impressions and sharing with their funders as “work done”.
Pretty much everything we predicted has come to pass. They’re still calling us names.
See the article I wrote over attacks we took for daring to defend Ibrahim
Musana’s free speech rights while they kept silent, because…. “power”.
We didn’t agree with what Musana said. We just defended his right to say it.
Now, things have truly come full circle.
They are still not realizing that the best way to fight for your rights is by fighting for the rights of those you don’t really like or agree with. They’ll only learn in 2080.

@TonyNatif interesting to see that the Prediction of this article finally turned out to be the Final Scores in today's Justice Systems. Something which started as a "Slow-On-Pace" now finds its front seat not only in the Executive but Security. How did we reach here?
@TonyNatif He's lucky the outrage merchants have calmed down, they would have given a hot welcome!
Never in my life did I think that the whole country would economically self-sabotage just so they can fight a handful of #OutrageMerchants who are also ultimately agents of economic and social hitmen.
There’s several ways to counter foreign influence. Every country in the world faces it. We should take some lessons from them that don’t call for such extreme approaches.
We reject the incompetent AI generated Bill!

Well, I believe sovereignty is important. I believe governments have a duty to protect their internal politics. I’ve spoken about the danger of #OutrageMerchants for years now.
But I also know that this bill is making up for failure of government to actually fix a problem that’s not that difficult to fix if they didn’t hire based off of family and friends criteria.
The state is killing a mosquito on a favorite glass, using a hammer.
You and me and others have been struggling with #OutrageMerchants like my wonderful friends Agatha Atuhairwe who was rapped in the wrong place in Tz jails and @Toko who is careful NOT to go to spread outrage in Kenya and Tanzania.
Sovereignty is the highest level of protection.
@T_E_F_L_O_N …”There you have it dear #outragemerchants, now you can move on to the Sovereignty Bill.”
Werabide, Katanga, Trump and the Epstein files…🤭🤣😂
"As such, we hereby mutually dispel the narratives and misinformation circulating in the various media channels."
There you have it dear #outragemerchants, now you can move on to the Sovereignty Bill.

I will not forgive nor forget anyone who has opposed this war but, for whatever reason, thinks it’s time to let these grifters and criminals rehabilitate themselves or redefine their own roles in starting this catastrophe. I may be a nobody, but I am vicious with a pathologically good memory when it comes to warmongering scum and people who gave or give them a pass -and with an endless desire to expose them as the cancerous vile trash they are (no, I don’t have or want any other hobbies).
This isn’t a game. Millions of lives have been ruined and continue to be ruined in Iran and elsewhere because of the lies and greed of these monsters.
This depraved charlatan, @AlinejadMasih, in particular should not be allowed to speak on behalf of any Iranian ever again.
It’s high time to collectively push back, fight back and take back the stage from these CIA and Mossad operatives before they cause any more harm than they already have.

When the #OutrageMerchants rise against @Phanerookampala you know we are about to run of space for Thursday services. 🤣

If there’s a bill that really needs to die, it’s the Sovereignty Bill.
Yes, Uganda has an #OutrageMerchants problem and that needs to be addressed.
But what the government is doing here is the equivalent of trying to kill a mosquito on its favorite clay pot by using a hammer.

Watched this and more repeatedly. A proper mess – and they’ve never really moved on from that script.
Same template the hegemony keeps exporting elsewhere.
But we must resist the urge to label those calling out the system back home as #outragemerchants. Thin line.
Failing to anticipate the Islamic revolution and the fall of the Shah “was one of the greatest intelligence failures in American history,” says Gary Sick, who advised Ford, Carter and Reagan on Iran. 47 years on, he reflects on what the US got wrong, and lessons for today.
Of course I was right!!
But tell that to all those #OutrageMerchants and their mob that dragged me and called me all manner of names simply because they can’t be bothered to read a basic history book.
@TonyNatif was right about this all along. It seems the script isn't/wasn't limited to only Iran but all countries where they want their puppets to have state power. Africa in this case is very vulnerable, has been and will be for the foreseeable future.
You’re part of “the world”.
I remember you dragging me, together with a lot of #OutrageMerchants and their mobs on Ugandan X, when I told you that while the Tanzanian government was rather unacceptably brutal towards its citizens, those riots weren’t without major foreign influence.
You’re now making the argument I made then but on Iran. Welcome to enlightenment. I promise, the water is fine this side.
Btw, same folks are gravely silent about the chaos their masters are causing to the world right now.
Time!!!!
@AJEnglish Slowly, the world will understand the nature of riots in Iran, who created the situation for them, trained agents, and sent weapons, that turned legal protests into armed riots shooting at everything, and now selling the 30k killed nonsense.
@TonyNatif
Do you think our Ugandan #OutrageMerchants are paying attention to this?
Or is the allure of visas and dollars just too strong for them to put things into perspective?
@TonyNatif Patriotism, I guess. They should have no business supporting a country intent on sending Iran back to the stone age
Ugandan #OutrageMerchants aren’t very clever (reason they’re usually picked) and they barely read but there’s an opportunity for them to make money here by spreading pro US war propaganda.
If only they could spin properly. 🤭
🕵️ New: U.S. embassies to coordinate with Pentagon psy-ops unit and Elon Musk:
🔹Secretary of State Marco Rubio signed a cable Monday ordering all U.S. embassies and consulates worldwide to run coordinated campaigns against what it calls foreign “anti-American propaganda,” according to The Guardian.
🔹Embassies are instructed to recruit local influencers, academics, and community leaders to spread messaging that appears locally driven rather than directed by Washington. The cable also promotes X’s “Community Notes” feature as a crowdsourced way to counter anti-American narratives “without compromising free speech or privacy.”
🔹The directive tells diplomats to work with the U.S. military’s psychological operations unit and use X—owned by Elon Musk—as a key tool, describing it as an “innovative” way to counter disinformation.

The #OutrageMerchants can’t say a thing.
Their livelihoods would be gone.
At least finally, people see them as just western propaganda machines hiding behind “democracy” and “human rights”
See them, despise them.
@TonyNatif Explains the silence of the Outrage merchants on the gross scale of the humanitarian crisis created by the conflict.
The same model in Iran is really what they employ in East Africa.
They get locals to feel like they’re in charge while the owners of “the struggle” are behind the curtains pulling strings.
#OutrageMerchants are just that; merchants of outrage with very little depth to it.
The Mossad appears to be responsible for fomenting anti-regime protests in Iran, resulting in thousands of civilian deaths, in an attempt to give the illusion that the Iranian regime was close to being toppled in a gambit to force Trump to attack Iran.
The report declares that Israel masqueraded as an entire psyop, resulting in thousands dead, to start a war with Iran.

“Democracy is acceptable when it produces the "right" results.”
With time, this country will understand why I call those fake “democracy” pushers #OutrageMerchants.
They’re barely read noise makers looking to survive.
Human rights and democracy isn’t something they remotely understand. And they don’t want to understand. It’s bad for business.
When Eisenhower was asked why the United States did not allow the 1956 Vietnamese reunification elections agreed upon at Geneva, he answered with unusual honesty.
He said that if elections were held, Hồ Chí Minh would win with approximately 80 percent of the vote.
So they cancelled the elections.
Think about that every time an American politician talks about "spreading democracy."
They cancelled the democratic election because the "wrong" person would win.
They then spent the next two decades killing people to prevent the government that would have been democratically elected from taking power.
And they called the other side anti-democratic.
This is not ancient history.
This is the logic that still governs every "democracy promotion" operation today.
Democracy is acceptable when it produces the "right" results.
When it does not, you cancel the election, back a coup, fund the opposition, impose sanctions, and call the government that the people actually chose a "dictatorship."
Vietnam exposed this logic completely.
Not with arguments.
With history.
With the receipts.

Literally everything he said needs to be said.
Some of our western overlords cynically use human rights as a tool of foreign policy or as an economic tool. They don’t really care about human rights.
But tell that to our Ugandan activists/ #OutrageMerchants and suddenly you’re a “sellout”.
I’m happy to see the world is speaking up more on this clear double standard.
My Speech at the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva @UNGeneva today (March 18th)!
Calling out the US, UK & NATO for their MASSIVE double standards — preaching human rights while letting Israel get away with genocide!
The blood of Palestinians and Iranians is on their hands!
@KautharMoud786 It doesn’t shock me one bit.
I’ve spent a few years now telling you about #OutrageMerchants and the selective outrage of civil society.
Well, #OutrageMerchants are suddenly quiet. It’s not human rights they truly care about. It’s the dollars.
@TonyNatif see this the people we report too 😅
