After 2 hours of stress and hassle they redirected me to some random hotel which is 10 kms far away from the location I booked. I had to take private transportation, and now this room doesn't even have a fan.
NEVER GOING TO TRUST OYO AGAIN.

We again contacted kyo no. they told us that the earlier helpline person had checked in. Which clearly mean that person is indulging in fraud for some cash etc for the hotel not existed.

Booked a hotel from oyo for me and my family members for one night. Oyo confirmed the booking. While driving to the hotel the navigation took us to a jungle type area viz. no building was there. Phone is also switched off. 1/2
