In East Africa, #Somalia & #Madagascar are the only two countries that have signed, ratified and Deposited the instrument of the #PAPProtocol. #Comoros & #Djibouti have signed. This is being revealed by Mr. @OkekeAnya, Dev. Consultant & Human Rights Activist #EastAfricaMeets
