We have a #Wellbeing session each #PauseWeek. Half are led by @LeeDavidson33 and half are self-directed.
Here are a selection of photos from our staff as they spent the 1.5 hours today doing whatever #Wellbeing means to them.
What a day for it! πππ§ββοΈβοΈπͺπ¦

Great night @SocEntScot!
Brilliant Tuesday morning during #PauseWeek as we try out the Trauma Lens Tool in-house @ResilienceLear1 -we know weβre doing pretty well in many of these areas but as always, we are continuously striving to do better for those we serve and this tool will help us ensure that.βπ½π
Getting down to business during #PauseWeek in taking the Trauma Lens resources in-house at RLP. We know weβll score quite high in many of these areas, however as with all Trauma Informed orgs we continuously strive to do better. Todays internal session will allow us to do thatπ

Lovely to see staff thoughts and feelings on #PAUSEweek today. Canβt believe itβs almost over. This one has gone by fast but I think thatβs just reflective of this time of year. Not long to go to our 3 week Christmas break. Think weβre all very much looking forward to that!ππ½ββοΈππ§π½ββοΈ

Still buzzing from the amazing in-person wellbeing session with @LeeDavidson33 on Tuesday. We talked about #compassion #love and #joy. So here is the amazing RLP blog writer and #TIER facilitator sharing where she finds joy in life...
#PauseWeek = Permission to slow down and focus solely on internal business and matters. A time to make staff wellbeing and connection our only priority. ππ§π½ββοΈππ½ββοΈ (could you benefit from this in your org?π€).
This week is 'pauseβ week at RLP. Itβs a chance for our staff to come together and focus on where we are on projects, meet as departments or just focus on how we are doing as individuals and as a team. We won't be having any external meetings, so we'll see you all next week π
It feels like we blinked & #PauseWeek (is that better than #DeadWeek?) is over. The good news is that my accomplishment list was pretty short (unless hours on couch count), my screen time is down & I laughed a whole lot.
Hereβs to finding time to pause all year long! #HNY2022
