@tradesforlife @ctvedmonton @HunterBaril @YEGMayorOffice @ABDanielleSmith @InclusionAB @RachelNotley True more often than not, wish it wasn’t. Hard to “belong” to either party in #AbLeg PwD get thrown promises at them before elections only to end up fighting for what leaders promised to do. #PDDReview w/Notley wasn’t different. It was a fail. UCP hasnt removed PDD IQ assessment
@RachelNotley I remember when Karen McPherson was with #AbNDP.
One reason Karen left your party is because she refused to be part of NDP lies and cover up of broken promises to #disabled Albertans. #PDDReview #AbLeg #AbPoli
@jojabo69 @Creox @EdDay69984906 @RachelNotley @AlbertaDWA @AlbertaDisabil Remember that time Iran Sabir had his portfolio split in two for dropping Serenity’s file? #RIP yeah me too. Irfan promised he’d have more time for disability sector. That was a lie. They failed to accept a single #PDD recommendation like raising essential staff rates. #PDDReview
@RachelNotley When will you build broken relationships with #disability community? You lied & broke promises to thousands of PwD. What will you do to rebuild trust? #PDDReview #AISH #IncomeSupports #StaffingCrisis #FSCD #AbPoli #AbLeg
@RachelNotley Absolutely.
Disabled Albertans yet to meet a government that does what’s right, not easy. #PDDReview #AISH #Poverty
Your government rated poverty, seniors, houseless people & disabled folks at the bottom of your priorities. We need a leader that includes ALL citizens. #AbPoli
2018 Facebook memory. A reminder #AbNDP failed PwD when they had power. NDP wasted a lot of tax payers dollars and disabled folks time. One party is not better than the other for disabled Albertans. #PDDReview #BrokenPromises #AbPoli
@RachelNotley I’m looking forward to more choice at the polls! There are many politically homeless Albertans that deserve better. #PDDReview #Poverty #AISH #UBI #Disability #Inclusion
May 29th 2023 #CripTheVote #AbPoli
@edmontonjournal Why is it Rachel can’t speak without fear mongering? Her party is constantly coming into my community to do nothing except spread fear. Never any offer of help or support. I stop listening to AbNDP spins when they failed #disabled people. #PDDReview #AISH #FSCD
People upset at Dr. Hinshaw for not releasing a report she promised…. It’s to bad folks weren’t as upset w/ #AbNDP when they didn’t release the #PDDReview they promised #disabled Albertans. One party is only better if you forget to check your privilege. #poverty #AbPoli
@inferior_class @Alberta_UCP No more like the #PDDReview that never happened or the mocking of disabled Albertans on #AISH. That would be AbNDP. But thx
Should I go back in time on Twitter to when #AbNDP had power to prove how awful they were to #disabled Albertans? Do u remember? Cause I can. There is a lot of receipts. #PDDReview #AISH #AbEd #Segregation #Poverty #Ableism Maybe I’ll wait until we r closer to an election #AbLeg
Making promises she can’t keep again.
#AbNDP are good for breaking promises not so much for keeping them. #AbLeg #AbPoli #PDDReview
@GlennBi96169678 @HanznFranz @LloydCosby @changethecurri1 @FromAlberta @abndpcaucus @Blurg5 What I know for a fact is #AbNDP will call your employer if they don’t like what you say on Twitter. One of my friends works for an agency that supports disabled people. When she spoke out about NDP dropping the ball on the #PDDReview they promised they called her ED! #AbLeg
Can you tell I won’t forgive #AbNDP for mocking disabled people on #AISH, ignoring disabled children abused on their watch in #AbEd, Lying about #PDDReview, excluding #Deaf folks at their meetings, excluding pwd from their election platform & the big one….
@KathleenGanley Now do #PDDReview.
How much money was wasted on hiring a panel? Consults across Alberta? Paying a useless minister for 4yrs that never followed through on a thing #AbNDP promised? How bout that money? So many LIES. #Ableism #AbLeg
@Seawate32040187 @Canuck_rotjong @ctvedmonton And she’s the opposition for good reason. She didn’t show up for disabled Albertans once in her 4 years in power. Broken promises is her legacy. #PDDReview #AISH #Poverty #Seniors #AbLeg #Yeg #Yyc
@changethecurri1 @benstahl3 @RachelNotley @bmasonNDP They didn’t even bother to invest in their own promises to #disabled Albertans. #PDDReview
No better or different than the @albertaNDP They not only ignored disabled Albertans they broke promises leaving many folks in crisis. Fool me once….
NDP stands for No Disabled People. #AbLeg #AbPoli #Yeg #Yyc #AISH #PDDReview
You feel my Pain. good so when are you getting disabled a livable benefit?! Rethinking my NDP vote right now cause you left the disabled behind
We are #loudertogether
#onpoli #1800PovertyLevel #pwd #ODSP #uncrpd
Meanwhile there are 3 parents of disabled children calling you & sending emails your way all being ignored. Many of us won’t vote @albertaNDP. Your party ignored pwd when you had power. Fool us once. #AbLeg #AbPoli #AISH #PDDReview #FSCD #Serenity RIP
Ineffective or what? Now I understand why Marie was not chosen as the Minister of Disability Services when #AbNDP had power. The experience for disabled people would have been the same under Marie or Irfan. #Ableism #Exclusion #PDDReview #AISH #AbLeg #AbPoli
