#PIGB was an instrument used by the #8thNASS. The point is their approach was to make #NNPC more accountable by opening it up to the public. Given corruption issues and opacity of #NNPC, this is something we expect to see in the new @nassnigeria #PIB #fixouroil #nnrcchats
