CR/IRを見積もる上で参考にする添付文書16.7の薬物相互作用試験において、CYP3A関連でプローブとしてよく用いられる薬はなんでしょうか？基質はシンバスタチン、ミダゾラムあたり？阻害はケトコナゾール、イトラコナゾールあたり？ほかにもよく使われてる薬ってありますかね？＃PISCS

ゼルヤンツはケトコナゾール400mgとの併用でAUCが103%増加。リファンピシン600mgとの併用でAUCが84%減。ケトコナゾールとリファンピシンとの併用データからゼルヤンツのCYP3A4の代謝寄与率を0.5と推定。クラリスロマイシンとの併用でAUCは1.8倍程度になると予測。　#PISCS
