Justice Isa’s dissenting 28-pages note once more tarnished the reputation of #SupremeCourt. The citizenry slammed 5-judge SC bench Order of Feb 11 and perceived it against #PAKConstitution. Hope #CJ will respond to the raised points and protect the honour of #SupremeCourt.

Under the Oath of Office (3rd Sch.) each member of Pak Army Forces, swears upon 'Almighty Allah' to: (a) bear true faith and allegiance to Pakistan, (b) uphold the Constitution (c) not engage myself in any political activities so help him God. #extensioncase #PakConstitution

Art 245 (2): The validity of any direction issued by the Federal Government under clause (1) shall not be called in question in any court. NOTE: this applies only to directions under 245(1). An extension does not fall within this article. #extensioncase #PakConstitution
