Parchments’in mimarisi hakkında ise neredeyse hiçbir şey bilmiyoruz.

“The #sacred rights of mankind are not to be rummaged for, among old #parchments, or musty #records. They are written, as with a sun beam in the whole volume of #humannature, by the #hand of the divinity itself; and can never be erased or #obscured by #mortal power.” Alexander H.
I am so glad that my generation is demanding for the rubrics of #history and the #parchments of the past have to be re-read to our hearings.
We must know where we are coming from to project where we are going to.
Those who forget history are bound to repeat past #mistakes.

In his 1974 BBC documentary which launched the Rennes-le-Château mystery to a wider audience, Henry Lincoln played a trick on the world. His prank has remained undiscovered for nearly 50 years. Read the full details in The Map and the Manuscript. #parchments #hoax #revealed

#Medieval #Parchments. Leaf of a large choir book with a magnificent "S"-initial marking the beginning of the Introitus of St. Paul Apostle. notes had to be large so several monks could see them and sing. https://t.co/XMBa1ydqHU
