@LMeansBusiness @AccpPeriopPRN There is limited data to support celecoxib/ketorolac for immediate post-op pain control for bariatric surgery. For long term use it would be preferable to choose one that is COX-2 selective (celecoxib) or one that has a lower potency and shorter half life (ibuprofen). #PeriPRNJC
