I work with some amazing YP in the care sector. The role is never easy and you don't always get positive results but it's about making a difference and creating opportunities. I provide professional support and advice and in return I get to see YP flourish. #Phoenixcaring.

I have been working between 3 houses over the last few weeks with young people ready to start their independent lives. All of the 13 YP are doing exceedingly well, all studying and all working towards a brighter future. #anythingispossible #NeverGiveUp #phoenixcaring
