Inspire your players to fall in love with the act of becoming a better shooter. Make it fun, teach them how to track results to see their growth, and help them understand the benefits. Your team will never be the same once you do. #PlayerDevelopmentFriday

At the youth level it is imperative that coaches allow players to develop as complete basketball players... not positions. The big kid will stop growing and the small kid will hit a growth spurt... don't let their experience in youth bball limit them. #PlayerDevelopmentFriday

A little something @adamwyse6 and I have been working on while using @blastmotion . Understanding the swing is nice, but guys having a concrete area of concern for them to SPECIFICALLY work is INDIVIDUALIZED! Biggest BANG for BUCK = R.O.I. #PlayerDevelopmentFriday

A lot of our Player Development at @GoCamelsBSB is about responding through adversity. On 9/11/2001 that’s EXACTLY what all first responders did. An ultimate display of BROTHERHOOD! As @jasonkuhn255 would say “For Eachother”. #PlayerDevelopmentFriday #RollHumps
