Yep looks like a DNS issue. Here's some alternative DNS servers and a guide:
Google DNS Servers: 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4
OpenDNS Home: 208.67.222.222 & 208.67.220.220
CloudFlare DNS Servers: 1.1.1.1 & 1.0.0.1
