Another bad journey with @GWR It would have been nice to be informed that our train was terminated at Reading instead of having to work it out for ourselves! What happened to tannoys? And guess what....no WiFi on either train but thanks for the water. #pointsfailure

I know the country is falling apart, and so this particular problem is not of immense importance, but every time I get on a train these days there's a #pointsfailure. When did the whole of the UK get so useless and pathetic?
