Just spent a frustrating 30 mins on phone to @BootsUK trying to delete my late mother’s account. They transferred me 3 times, put me on hold 6 times and made me explain why they couldn’t send an email address to my Mum! They are sending a form! #nocompassion #poorbusinesspractice

No one should ever do business with @elavon merchant service, they secretly charge you massive charge when they say you are out of PCI compliance, and yet @elavon would never tell you are out of compliance. #elavonscams @askelavon RT if you are against #poorbusinesspractice

Moral of the story is that I will continue having to provide proof of renter's insurance two or more times a year. Each time I will get a nasty form email implying I'm violating my lease by not having renter's insurance and given a few days to "comply." #PoorBusinessPractice

@NVIDIAGeForce Now if you only supplied enough to meet the demand of the market. That would've been GREAT! What were you thinking?! Many people in line at a store all frustrated w/ the lack of inventory. #BoycottNvidia @nvidia @nvidiaGeForce @BBB_us #PoorBusinessPractice #TakingAdvantage

I’m sick of being prompted to register my tv’s over and over again by @PrimeVideo - and then being asked who is watching. We have 5 people here and it’s actually none of your business as long as we pay. #POORBUSINESSPRACTICE Checking out SlingTV...

@StarNow Hey guys, I was wondering if you would consider making it so cancelling a membership is something we can do through our own profile settings as opposed to having to email you and sit through promotional offers that you reply with in order to cancel? #poorbusinesspractice

Hey @Xfinity / @comcast / @comcastcares ... how about you be a bit more #TRANSPARENT with your billing and your offers ... I signed up for an offer of $130/month only to be slapped with an actual bill of $165.70 a month - because of your "taxes and fees" ... #poorbusinesspractice
