@TheRangeUK your customer service is a disgrace. 3 weeks with no human response for a dressing table stool that arrived broken and nearly caused my child Injury. Sort it out. #therange #poorcare
Soon my baby’s will be 3 and 5 ♥️ I wish that seeing them both grow hadn’t been stolen from us! And people had been accountable for their actions rather than hiding behind lawyers and regulators that are not fit for purpose #maternity #neglect #poorcare #babyloss #Nottingham
1: poor care
2: patient or carer raises concerns, to either be told there is no problem / expectations are too high
3: patient treated worse, compromised own care
4: patient confused, let down, distrustful of MH services, shuts down
5: blame patient, 'disengaged', too complex

That empty seat next to Bowie! The one his big sister should be sat in!
On #NationalSiblingDay remember all the children that have to grow up with out that partner in crime.
Wynter should be here! 💔 #neglect #poorcare #nottingham #maternity
She then sent me home not addressing the increased pain since the capping. So with one dead baby due to neglect and near death due to sepsis because of poor care I’m sure you can appreciate I’m not reassured! 4/4 #poorcare #patientsafety #PTSD
Please if you have had poor care at Nottingham Hospitals contact the review. It’s so important that services improve and no families have to go what we went through #medicalnegligence #babyloss #poorcare #birthinjury #nottingham #nottinghamshire

It’s a shame you don’t work with families who report medical practitioners tho isn’t it! The @gmcuk refuses to listen to the families evidence! Appears they would rather put patients at risk with a wait and see attitude #poorcare #partoftheproblem #neglect @maternity #babyloss
We’ve published our annual report showing how we work with doctors, employers & educators to protect patients across the UK. Did you know we delivered 208 Welcome to UK practice workshops for 6,471 doctors in 2021? Find out more at: https://t.co/ugYyDa6Laz
So one change might be : monitoring women and babies after they leave hospital who have developed Strep B so they don’t need life changing emergency brain surgery 6 weeks later 🤔#poorcare https://t.co/Nf3vbySOvD
Feel free to celebrate what you do well but remember while you celebrate some families NEVER get to celebrate there child’s birthdays and achievements and that’s down to the care received when we put our faith in your hospital! #poorcare #maternityscandal
Imagine if the response from the Alton towers smiler accident was yeah but only 16 people were injured so it’s ok 😒 utterly shameful way of thinking #babydeaths #maternityscandal #poorcare
All autistic patients want from you is to be accepted all of the time, not just this week for your social media presence! #homesnothospitals #poorcare #publicenquirynow
We all think differently. Take a look at what we've been up to this week to promote Autism Acceptance. #AutismAcceptance
It is society and poor care that creates disability, not Autism! #Autism #Discrimination #lackofawareness #poorcare #socialcare #serviceleadcare #frustratedmama
