Luis Enrique’s PSG is shifting the paradigm.
This isn’t the sterile possession of old.
It’s positionism with bite —
Structured disorganisation.
Control that invites chaos.
Freedom inside the framework.
(From my book: #Positionism)

Rúben Amorim’s post-match comments about his players being out of position feel a bit more telling now.
The guy was obviously absolutely fuming. Can you blame him, really?

A really interesting article on @IJaSport website with David Garcia ✅
Also the chat with @TheCoachesArea was great to listen to. Lots of small details to discuss coach education ⚽️✅

Nice point here. I just add that among #positionism and #relationism there is a large spectrum in between. Not all #positional systems are the same...
Re: Positional vs relational, one remark translated from my article on SV.
Under Spalletti Napoli systematically used Toca y me voy (pass and move) and the Tabela (one-two) as a systematised principle to create advantage, chances and break lines. #Positionism #Relationism
Change in top of the market contract value at every position from 2013 to 2023. RT market exploded. QBs number 2. IDL, guard, WR, and safety all more than doubled. LS, RB, and P are the ones with a major lag on cap growth
UPDATE: The field in Winnipeg was shortened to 80 yards, and the teams are not kicking off https://t.co/bgxB66Ag5h
#Eagles offense
QB - Carson Wentz
RB - Jordan Howard
WR - Alshon Jeffery
WR - DeSean Jackson
WR - Nelson Agholor
TE - Zach Ertz
TE - Dallas Goedert
Gross. #positionism
Now a ranking company was taking money for higher ranking and to get kids who didnt even play HS football into colleges. You wanna know why the kid who ranked 78 has a scholarship this is why.
On everything you had two punters booming the shit out of the ball pretty much controlling the entire field battle and I can’t cast my vote for two guys who are displaying the top gamesmanship the sport can offer #BS #positionism #puntersAREpeopletoo
Hey @NFL.. I know you have a lot going on tonight but, the fact that I can’t vote for a punter for tonight’s MVP on https://t.co/YuXbYLUYhw is wildly positionist.. You’ll be hearing from our #ForTheBrand lawyers. Positionism is alive and well. And I’m here to end it.
Last thing. Both punters were excellent tonight. Both deserved MVP. Disgrace to the game. #ForTheBrand #positionism
If a punter didn’t receive MVP after this Punter Bowl then I doubt it will ever happen... #Positionism

Why doesn't @si_mlb or @SInow ever do a cover of middle relievers fighting for the last spots on teams? #positionism #wecount
