If you can, avoid azure artifacts. There are quite a few bugs with #powershellget and #ADO which seem only to be partially fixed in #psressourceget and it is quite a hassel to manage compared to other tech such as artifactory

For some reason I got on a roll and went through upgrading all of #PowershellGet v3's Pester Tests to 5. I think it's because @TylerLeonhardt's extension makes it so darn easy to navigate now.
I doubt they'll ever take the pull request but at least I have them for myself :)

If -AllowPreRelease parameter is not know when working with #PowerShell modules, update your #PowershellGet module by 'Install-Module PowershellGet -Force'
