@TheGPhC π the ball is(6 months on)STILL in your court- time to make your move. Others wanna play too #resitters #pre_reg we dont mind sitting an exam, we just need one that reflects the actual job, not a memory test. #allpreregs
Too qualified for dispenser roles yet not worthy enough for provisional registration. Thatβs the reality of a pre reg resitter. No pharmacy will employ me due to my pharmacy degree and having done my pre reg. I know Iβm not the only one in this situ #thegphc #resitters #prereg
@TheGPhC #pre_reg #resitters @thegphc @the_pda help pre reg resitters...we have been treated unfairly. No point of making an exam anymore since the provisional pharmacists give out medicines to the public without supervision...IT MAKES NO SENSE
Pretty much do everything a pharmacist does already except being allowed to tick a box and sign off everything. Our knowledge should be respected equally to #provreg #resitters @TheGPhC @the_pda @PharmacyNewsUK #pre_reg #TOTNEW #pre_reg_resitters #pharmacy
Who regulates the regulator? #pharmacists have standards to maintain https://t.co/LZ2RNTwrf2 I wonder if @TheGPhC has met any of its own standards w.r.t #pre_reg & #provreg #pharmacists exam?
So many powerful stories and arguments from #provregβs tonight
I support their case for clarity and further that a retrospective exam is no longer the right way forward for this cohort
surprisingly quiet from the pharmacy education tweeters - what are your views?
@BlatchfordJonny @TheGPhC I'm not sure I share @asafdar1 confidence all organisations have had to deal with the unexpected #community_pharmacies have been agile & adaptable to meet the challenge of #Covid_19 and #pre_reg & #provo_pharmacists have played their part. @TheGPhC needs to provide assurance soon
