@Priceline absolutely unacceptable. I made 3 separate reservations on 3 different days, got confirmations for 5 rooms, and then every booking was canceled. I even booked and PAID through your own customer service. Huge waste of time and stress. #PricelineFail #BadCustomerService

I’m a @priceline Gold member + Priceline credit card holder. Booked a hotel for Sept 6 & canceled within an hour—still no help after HOURS on the phone. Promised 2 call backs, none came. Chatbot “Penny” is useless. I’ll be canceling my account. #PricelineFail

@FlickReynolds I couldn’t agree more & from a commercial point of view, what on earth were they thinking? I’m walking 🚶‍♀️ never 👎 to return! #PricelineFail

I make a hotel reservation using @priceline only for them to tell me it's actually with @bookingcom what a confusing mess of a system! Some would say dishonest! #fail #pricelinefail

Trying to cancel @Hertz car booked on @priceline. Priceline wont cancel (though im eligibly), says contact #Hertz. Hertz says they can’t cancel #Priceline bookings. Priceline sends me back to Hertz. Hertz now cancels it but says only Priceline can refund. #goodluck #PricelineFail
