They dynamism of markets is amazing. Money markets effectively cut rates for the Fed due to commodities collapsing on rising European recession risk. That’s bullish ‘til the #ProfitsCycle revisions begin.
A: On a relative basis? Sure. Value/Cyclicals are the next HARD SELL into the full brunt of the #GrowthCycle downturn getting priced in.
On an absolute basis? No. You better have a sanguine view on the #LiquidityCycle and #ProfitsCycle if you’re making bold calls like this.👇🏾

A: It’s always both. And you need to understand both to TIME markets well. Per our analysis, we are in inning ~5 of the #LiquidityCycle downturn, inning ~4 of the #GrowthCycle downturn, and inning ~3 of the #ProfitsCycle downturn. Conclusion: we are still very much in #STFR mode.

1. It doesn’t not take into account the #GrowthCycle, #ProfitsCycle, or #LiquidityCycle
2. I’ve never seen a market correct from egregiously overvalued to bottoming perfectly at its mean valuation; it always overcorrects
