Students at @LivUni deserve to have a normal University experience this year after a tumultuous 18 months.
Unfortunately, the University is willing to sacrifice the second week of in person teaching this academic year, all because they won't withdraw just TWO redundancies 1/4

Somehow we're still having to #FightForHealthJobs To avoid more strike action, the employer just needs to withdraw these final 2(!) compulsory 'redundancies' which were based on flawed and opaque criteria. #ProjectShame has already caused untold damage to student & staff morale.

Devastating coming back to uni snd finding out about all the brilliant staff weβve lost as a result of #ProjectShame. I still have 2 years to go on my undergrad and I know that my education will suffer as a result of this loss. But senior management doesnβt care about thatβ¦
