The issue is that most #PoS chains lack economic security and rely on social security, that the core holders will do nothing to endanger the token value. @RubixChain is the only chain which assures economic security with its #ProofOfPledge consensus. Proof or Pledge is PoS at each shard. Every #RBT is secured by equivalent RBT pledge. So reorg is not possible. More importantly, due to its token based ledger (vs account based), the total supply of 51.4 Mn will be sacrosanct. No one can change it. Every node can detect and block such an attempt.

How does #Rubix #ProofOfPledge work. It's essentially #PoS at each shard level, facilitating massive P2P parallelization and high partition tolerance. At any point of time, 1/3rd of all the #RBT s will be staked, earning credits to mine new RBT. Yes, the total supply is nearly hard capped, with a long tail. There will be only 51.4 Mn RBTs ever.
