•His war on vaccines is dressed up as “health freedom,” but what it really means is weakening public protections so only the strong survive. That’s straight eugenics — social Darwinism in Birkenstocks.
•His COVID conspiracy that the virus was “ethnically targeted” was pure eugenic fantasy: a world where biology can be engineered to harm some races while sparing others. That’s not health advocacy, that’s race science cosplay.
•His crusade against public health mirrors the old fascist dream of letting “nature” cull the herd. Strip away vaccines, fluoridation, protections for kids — and what’s left? A survival lottery where the weak and poor are expendable.
And here’s the darker truth: the same RFK Jr. who rails against medicine has also built a career shielding predators. He’s been soft on abusers, minimizing their crimes in the name of “liberty.” It’s the same twisted logic — protect the powerful, abandon the vulnerable. Eugenics for health, excuses for predators: two sides of the same rotten coin.
This isn’t rebellion, it’s regression. It’s not “freedom,” it’s cruelty weaponized. Fascist eugenics wrapped in New Age rhetoric. Pedophilia protection framed as civil liberties. All delivered by a man who thinks paranoia is principle and science is a plot.
So the next time someone calls RFK Jr. a truth-teller, remember what he’s really selling: a future where the strong thrive, the weak suffer, and the predators always find shelter. That’s not a movement. That’s fascism with a wellness brand.
