I never knew that sexist remarks were parts of service from @HelloFresh . I’m a new cust who had leaking food. I call to rectify & was told a man would just rinse off and move on & told that I don’t speak English? I’m still waiting on a SUP to call me #24hourslater #pullthecall

.@BestBuy & #MagnoliaTelevision in #Tulsa provide EXCELLENT #customerservice! They show up with the product I paid for, no runarounds & no excuses. .@CoxComm & .@CoxHelp should learn from them! #PullTheCall #72BUSINESSHours #custserv

I went from a call back in 24 hrs (per call ctr agent) to 48 hrs (per mgr voice mail msg) to 72 hrs per .@CoxComm DM. THAT'S escalated? There wasn't this delay in taking my money! #PullTheCall #custserv #CustomerService #CoxCable
