@WarwickBSchool @DrNicolaBurgess Further thought: when I trained as a sports coach, we used to have a challenge ‘how quickly can you get players doing meaningful activity?’ I think we got it down to under 1 min. You can apply the same thinking to starting improvement projects - give it a try! #QIHour #LeadingQI
@WarwickBSchool Yet, what matters is hard to measure, maybe it depends on the ‘why’ for the improvement. Emerging areas might need the development and PDSA of reliable measures w/ a consistent ‘ruler’/basket of metrics. The clinical audit community are good at this, imho #QIhour #QItwitter #Q2

I’ve found it interesting thinking about spontaneous improvement, going where the energy is, which is our #JFDI approach
and a more systematic linking to identified priorities.
Sometimes priorities are what people in the room think they are. 🤔
