I believe $qure has unbelievable potential from here. I believe we have a decent shot at triple digits by end of next month and buyout in a year or two at several triple digits and here's why: In the very near term, the only potential for slightly negative news I see is from TLE data that gets reported on Friday 6/19. I say slightly negative is because I don't think much of any of the current stock price reflects anything for TLE program. If data are poor, stock may lose a couple bucks. If on the other hand data is as I expect, good to great, then I believe we go up $10-$20/share. Good data makes uniQure more of a strong pipeline play immediately. Since they have completed cohort 1 and began recruiting cohort 2, I think it bodes well for good to great data on Friday. I view good data as a reduction of seizures in the 50% range and great is if we can repeat close to what we saw in patient #1 last year. After 6/19, only other near-term potential for negative news would be if the FDA reverses course again. I view this as extremely remote. Today's press release was not based on official minutes which means current new FDA leadership was so impressed with the data that they realigned with uniQure. No way uniQure issued today's PR without significant assurances from the FDA the filing will happen in Q3. In Q3, the next catalyst is the actual BLA filing which will give us another big pop, probably bigger than today imo. The other potential for big catalyst related to this is if the FDA grants one of those CNPV's as a way to try to make up for the mistakes of Prasad and Makary. I am not convinced the FDA will keep the program alive but if they do, I don't see a more worthy candidate to receive one. If that happens, we get a huge pop. After the actual filing, the next near-term potential negative would be that the FDA doesn't accept the filing for review. I believe the FDA has 30 days to respond from submission date; I need to review this. This is again, a very unlikely scenario that the FDA doesn't accept the filing for review imo. Also, in Q3 the 4-year data come out, likely in mid to late September. Data release is always a risk for any program. In this case, after reading, seeing and hearing what the principal investigators such as Drs. Tabrizi, Wild and Sung have said about their actual patients, I view the data release risk as extremely small. The data will be incredible imo. The next risk will be Q4/Q1 '27 when the FDA issues its decision. I don't believe for a second they aren't going to grant AA with everything that is known so far but this is definitely a risk. I believe before PDUFA date, qure should be trading at least $150 if all goes as I think I see things going. It will then get to >$200 if all goes well. Remember there are currently <72 million fully diluted shares outstanding. Even after they do another secondary, there will only be about 80 million or so shares outstanding, for a company that can easily be generating billions in revenue annually within 2-3 years after approval imo. All just my opinion. I am not good at all at predicting short term price movements. I am a long-term investor for the most part, although I am currently sitting on a decent chunk of shares that were purchased for trading that are now more of a medium-term hold.
