I got a call from Paxi. They saw my Twitter complaint, and they say I should give them a day or 2 and if they don't find my parcel they will give me R500. Mind you in the parcel is a white nike sneaker😭 pictures provided below👇👇
And when I took the parcels to pep on the 3rd of August, I had other two parcels that were 7-9 days, of which they arrived way before the the 3-5 day parcel. I called them on Tuesday, and today. No luck. All I need is #Ramcouriers to fix this and give my customer his parcels😭
