16a) So, more data: #VALOR_HCM, a #RDBPC trial, aimed to assess #mavacamten in pts w/ #oHCM who were referred for or actively considering septal reduction tx #SRT. Included: 🫀 at least 18 🫀 LV wall thickness ≥ 15 mm (13 mm if familial) 🫀 #NYHA class 3 or higher (2 if syncope)

When you don't conduct #RDBPC you cannot prove beyond doubt that you're not causing harm. Vaccines are Unethical. #Vaxxed2 #antivaxx
