The difference between these scores feels like the difference between shooting the broadside of a barn a few times and shooting a specific series of pins on that wall, all while riding a drunken, zigzagging horse. The cursor speed is also limitingly slow imo.

Gold Saucer is such a strange hodgepodge of different ideas. While in some ways it feels reminiscent of the sectors in Disneyland, they feel less connected by theme, only by goal: profit via entertainment. A robotic cat riding a marshmallow doesn’t help either

For my final project, I plan to use Adobe After Effects to produce short video files that can be embedded within RPG Maker 2000. This would allow me to be more creative with my transitions and cutscenes that I normally am limited by the program's events system. #RPGMaker2020

I think im going through a lot of deliberation on whether I should play my darth maul game straight (aka an actually sad game about the backstory of a very tragic character) or lean on prequel memes and make a goofy mess...two extremely polar routes to go #RPGMaker2020
Since the locations are metaphorical, I am still debating on what the player will take physically take away from each level. I'm leaning towards having each of the five stages of grief contain a gem at the end to obtain. They will be used to unlock acceptance. #RPGMaker2020
I imagine acceptance to be a vibrant and fantasy level, as you are reaching the goal of healing from your grief. I also what futuristic elements to symbolize looking forward & forgiving the past. Maybe the final boss could be fighting an old version of yourself? #RPGMaker2020

Found this set of sprites that featured cute sparkles to match the dreamlike aesthetic of my project. This is my first time using background objects as apart of a character set. Spreading the animated stars throughout my game added a nice touch and fantasy feel. #RPGMaker2020
