The High Court of Maldives has improved their compliance by over 8% (2023). The institution scored 79% in our 2022 assessment and has a current compliance score of 88%.

Independent Institutions were found to have the highest average rate of disclosure in the initial review of proactive disclosure through our #RTI37 project
A significant improvement was noted from the @mvpeoplesmajlis, who improved their proactive disclosure rate by over 37%!
The institutes that scored the highest in our #RTI37 proactive disclosure review have all developed a section dedicated to proactive disclosure on their websites & more institutes are following suit! Congratulations to @ElectionsMv, @TaxTribunalMv, @ICOMmv & @PensionOffice! 1/2
According to @zinmaadhaaru #RTI37 project that also looks at proactive disclosure compliance, @presidencymv scored 29%, @MoYSCEmv scored 13% and @HomeMinistrymv scored 0%.
