Garland testified on 𝐬𝐢𝐱 𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐬 and in court that state officials have impeded and stalled his investigation for 3 years, STILL refusing to turnover ballots for examination. Here is a summary of the allegations: 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐢𝐭 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐬 An unknown number of mail-in ballots lacked signs of being mailed (such as folding), were not on the appropriate paper stock, and were allegedly marked with toner. What's more, these ballots were reportedly marked the same way down the ballot for dozens in a row, indicating a clear case of fraud. 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐬 Garland’s investigation discovered ballots with clear indications of being electronically altered before counting and at least 8000 which had been “double scanned”. 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐲 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝟏𝟒𝟕,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐥-𝐈𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐬 Mark Wingate, a Fulton County election board member voted against certifying the 2020 election results due to the county's failure to verify signatures on thousands of mail-in ballots. He has also testified that voter rolls exceeded the number of state residents and that chain of custody was not followed. 𝐋𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 Fulton County, one of Georgia's largest counties, allegedly failed to provide any chain of custody documentation or surveillance footage for mail-in ballots or ballot drop boxes. This lack of transparency adds another layer of uncertainty to the election results. 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐈𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 He states that over 70 counties in Georgia destroyed their original ballot images, a clear violation of both federal and state laws which mandate that these images be retained for a span of two years. The missing ballot images present a significant obstacle for anyone attempting to verify the election's integrity. 𝐎𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞'𝐬 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 Multiple sources allege the Secretary of State's office actively obstructed attempts to examine the ballots, even going so far as to file an amicus brief against those trying to do so. This action raises questions about why the office would take steps to prevent a transparent review of the ballots. 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐲 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭 𝐉𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞 After Garland’s case was won in the Georgia Supreme Court and sent back to the Superior Court, the original judge oped to reassign the case to another judge, who was later recused for bias…further delaying the investigation into the ballots. This sequence of events, as per Favorito's perspective, represents a mishandling by the Superior Court. 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐛𝐲 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐀 𝐅𝐚𝐧𝐢 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐬 Fani Willis is accused of unjustly charging 19 defendants, including former United States Assistant Attorney General Jeffrey Clark, specifically to prevent further investigation.
