If this is true, this goes against #Vizag people who have agitated for #RailZone HQs at #Visakhapatnam for four decades.
Having RRB is half reason for seeking seperate zone. In the face of that, if you try to set it up at any place other than Vizag, it will be seen as sidelining of Vizag.
This goes in line with you removing #IconicBridge on #BeachCorridor, Shifting many institutes like #ESI College and #VizagKharagpur #Expressway.

RRB at Amaravati
Andhra Pradesh CM has requested Central government and Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw to establish a Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) in Amaravati.
An RRB in Amaravati would make railway recruitment more accessible for aspirants across the state, reduce the need to travel to other RRBs, and could also support the creation of more railway exam centres based on applicant demand.
