Formerly limited to #BlackLionHospital, ENEC Deputy Commissioner said 5 new operating centers in Hawassa, Jimma, Haramaya, Gondar & St. Paul’s, plus Mekelle under construction—supported by IAEA's #RaysOfHope initiative.
Our cooperation with the Maldives has been growing, with @IAEAorg support ranging from radiation safety to stronger cancer diagnosis and treatment through #RaysOfHope.
At #IAEAGC, met Amb. Salma Rasheed and looked at priorities for our work together in the years ahead, including nuclear security given 🇲🇻’s role as a maritime transit hub, as well as its interest in SMRs.
