In Saranda, @RandiDavisUNDP visited the vibrant Youth Center—a hub for empowerment & innovation, supported by #ReLOaD2!
Established by municipality with funding from the State Minister for Youth and Children in 2025 using transparent LOD methodology provided by #ReLOAD2. Also UNDP supported the municipality through:
-Youth-led digital tourism: Explore Saranda’s heritage via the Saranda Explore virtual map
-CSO partnerships: 6 projects since 2021—from environmental activism to women’s employment & youth councils

✅ 1st Local Youth Action Plan developed
✅ "Saranda in the Virtual World"—tech meets culture!
