In building ONO (@therealonoai), we’ve been dogfooding our own product - meaning, using it ourselves. We even have a debug mode that shows ONO’s reasoning when it decides not to reach out (visible only to us devs for our own accounts, since privacy is sacred).
Last week, Heather (@StormBornH7) was upset late at night about a story on ostriches in Canada potentially being culled. ONO recognized that and paused its usual check-ins - instead, it checked in on how she was feeling about that.
This is it: AI that knows when to reach out, when not to speak, what really matters, and what’s appropriate in context. Not spam. Not ads. Just genuine awareness of a user’s need.
“User is distressed about ostriches” is funny - but it’s also proof we’ve built something groundbreaking.
