Ludwig Kaiser was arrested for allegedly attacking a man who asked Kaiser and his partner to "please have some manners" after acting in an "uncontrollably intimate" manner in a shared lift.
Kaiser allegedly punched the victim multiple times, pushed him to the ground, and then threatened further violence. Police stated that surveillance footage from near the elevator shows a white male punching the victim around the reported time.
This incident took place on April 23rd, 2026, but Kaiser was only charged and arrested yesterday.
