I completely agree and these are 2 very corrupt NHS health trusts @enherts @MSEHospitals they are abusive oppressive dehumanising and corrupt at board level they inflicted knowingly life changing circumstances and abuse of my finances as well as trying to kill me

from 2012-19, medics in 8 orthopaedic departs didn't listen 2 me & treated my ‘osteoarthrits’ with exercise
as it was tendonopathy due 2 undiagnosed malunion, it caused damage & i live with avoidable pain if people like U would stop being so arrogant

Really need the whole of social media to see this and share - This is Jaxon he is 8 years of age born with spina bifida & hydrocephalus he’s got many different needs can not use his hands like most or sit up without support as a parent of disabled children it’s been a constant battle for the correct services and equipment and as a mother I’ve fought for years to advocate for my children but unfortunately @CwmTafMorgannwg nhs health board have neglected us and his needs .. they have giving advice that would of put him at risk had I not spoken up .. some of the appalling advice given was to put him in a Normal bed that he could fall out of ..school told to prop him up against a old radiator instead of providing him with a seat .. As a mother I’ve been horrifically bullied threatened by staff intimated & harassed ..I’ve faced fabricated referrals allegations and evidence.. while reading subject access requests I’ve seen staff trying to set me up to safeguarding .. i recorded the CEO agreeing a doctor was influenced to bully me and stated the doctor made assumptions with out proof of concerns ..any professional who supports us gets complaints made against them by this health board .. I’m often bullied for making official complaints - i constantly live in fear.. the CEO as done nothing to help and the concerns department are covering up everything - I’ve also begged the government @PrifWeinidog to step in and he ignores everything so my only hope is to get the public to listen to see whats really going on - my children deserve better Jaxon deserves better I don’t deserve to be treated like I am - shame on them they’ll stop at nothing to punish me for advocating and knowing my children best - disgusting behaviour by the health board who as refused to let me speak to the CEO and put a formal complaint in without my consent - they have taken our right to a family life for years @OmbudsmanWales @HIW_Wales all corrupt

The CEO at Southern health NHSFT has said my allegations of dishonesty against staff is defamatory , he also said my allegations and complaints are causing staff demonstrable harm .
I have twice suggested he take legal action against me , however he will not do so .

I used to think it would be unfair to hold individuals accountable for @NHSUK failures but after a decade + of unaccountable complaint handlers, i now believe the only way to save the #NHS is to ‘amputate unaccountable staff‘

If it is accepted that there is a defensive culture within the NHS and particularly in dealing with complaints /investigations .
Would it be "just" to raise concerns about individual staff members who are intentionally dishonest due to the culture ?
but lessons have been learnt! Which is why they get better and better at deflecting the truth and character assassinating the victim.

Agree absolutely with @susanbconnolly The number of times we’ve heard “lessons will be learned” is incredible and how often is it simply a deflection that really means “everybody just move on”.
