@zachbonaker I realize you must start somewhere with existing technical debt, but I often view a compelling need to prioritize technical debt as a function of not having high-quality and re-factoring standards as part of your definition of done in the first place #TDD #redgreenrefactor

Unit tests != TDD. Tests written after code attempt to test bad code. It is much more difficult to write bad code after tests are written and #RedGreenRefactor is followed. This is my experience.

If you want to really appreciate #TDD, #microsteps and #RedGreenRefactor please try to take a leap of faith and just apply them in your next project and get used to that. Then try to pair (and let drive) with someone who doesn't apply TDD. You will literally go mad!
