@careerlifeng Rejection mails can be heart breaking. But know this, it is not personal don't be tempted to get emotional. Instead ask for constructive feedback on how you faired during the interview. And gallantly move on. #hrwithaheart #redirectionnotrejection

This question popped up on my TL and I feel I should drop a line or two in response, 'How do you handle Rejection?' The answer is simple, 'Move on' And in moving on, Do this: Develop and Up-skill your mind. #hrwithaheart #redirectionnotrejection

Sometimes, Rejection serves as a form of Redirection. Redirecting us to another path and exploring other opportunities that would serve as a catalyst and be more valuable to our growth. #MondayMotivation #RedirectionNotRejection
