This initiative requires a total of 546,000 signatures to be collected by April 23 to be on the ballot in November. As of 3/29, we have collected over 662,000 signatures! Victory is within reach, and this week will be our final push! ✊✊✊ -Reclassifies theft with 2 or more prior convictions as jail-eligible felony -Adds new laws to address "smash and grab" thefts that result in significant losses or are committed by multiple thieves acting together -Allows aggregation of amounts stolen in multiple thefts by a single person to reach $950 threshold -Adds Fentanyl to the list of hard drugs resulting in felony prison time for drug dealers when in possession of large qualities or firearms This Saturday, there will be two signature collection points in South Bay.
