We used a soft fabric bag with a variety of toys, diff shapes & textures. The first session he wld feel in t bag & using touch he wld say if the item was hard/soft. #Regulate

We were for sure, but this activity also allowed a YP to calm their nervous system. It was repetitive & rewarding. It was relational. It provided a focus ...and it was fun!
