While we drive deposits, loans, recovery, compliance, and daily grind, the new PLI model gives Scale IV+ up to 360 days' basic pay , but caps us upto Scale III at ~15 days.This isn't performance reward—it's discrimination!
Unions oppose it as divisive & against status quo, yet banks are going to credit incentive for our scale IV and above before 31st March anyway. Don't wait for unions to act. We control our time & effort.
The strategy:
🔥5:30 PM = Hard Stop. Finish core work, leave. No more glorifying late sitting
🤫Redefine availability: Switch off post-hours. No personal number for bank work unless official reimbursement covers true 24/7 (demand legal fix!).
🔍 Work-to-Rule: Strict rulebook—no extra unpaid labor, no informal overtime.Silver lining: By enforcing boundaries, we build pressure for the next Bipartite: Fair PLI for all + regulated hours/5-day week.
Stop absorbing the stress alone. United, we force change—for dignity, health, and fairness.
