Videos of drills to create mechanics on social media are completely meaningless w/o an understanding or much less an explanation of the “why”. Be careful what you tune into/use off TikTok, Instagram, etc… It may look good on them & their swing, but is it for you? #RepsKnowledge

Don’t commit to drills… commit to UNDERSTANDING! We run evaluations prior to any kind of training not to just break the player down, but to see if the player is ready to actually understand what they are doing before moving forward with training. #REPSKnowledge

Amateur players seeking success should be able to explain and understand what they are working on in the cages. This gets lost in instruction when having a “personal best” with metrics is the main goal. Understand what the body is doing and the metrics will follow. #REPSKnowledge
