Dear @HumzaYousaf, we refute the claim by @Circ_Scotland that itโs been clear from the start on any plans for a remelt target for glass in the Scottish DRS. Remelt targets are set through the UK-wide PRN system, and the current Scottish DRS is outside this system.๐งต1/3
