Recently I attempted to schedule a dermatology appointment (get your skin checks, especially in Colorado!) and was told there was a 4+ month wait. Why? Because medical professionals are leaving in droves after years of COVID burnout and being ignored. #RespectExperts

@DrJenGunter @RyanMarino Unfortunately these days people don’t respect the expertise of people who have spent a significant part of their lives becoming EXPERTS. A lot of ppl think they know everything bc of google. I try to inform myself on my health issues,but my dr is MY expert. #respectexperts
