And as for alcohol...
There is no consistency across the drug driving legislation, and that is because it is being used to identify drug users, and not ‘impaired driving’.
Problems with #RoadsideDrugTesting go well beyond testing concerns. Surprising that there haven’t been any court challenges yet. Maybe hard to find suitable test case? Ripe for review. Another great WarOnDrugs product!
