Gosh, I spent many happy hours there as a teenager. Only English, Welsh and French at @willowshigh when I was there (then Spanish & German for tiny groups). Can't remember how it started, but I've always loved #Italian. I used Linguaphone course (45rpm discs) from #RoathLibrary

Roath Library on the junction of Newport Road / Four Elms Rd. Now closed as a library but still being renovated for a new owner I think.

Amazing effort! The fundraising total is up to £852 - just £148 needed to reach the £1,000 target! Find out how you can support @RubiconDance save #RoathLibrary and transform into a banging inclusive dance school and community facility: https://t.co/kbWTHEJ0GH

Adamsdown-based @RubiconDance is the oldest dance organisation in Wales and has ambitious plans to renovate #RoathLibrary into a dance school & fab community facility. They are almost ready to start development, but need a hand to hit their target https://t.co/kbWTHEJ0GH

Your support so far for the Forgotten Coin Fundraiser has been amazing. Our original target was to collect 5kgs of coins and we have already reached 13kgs! We are blown away by your generosity and how our whole community has come together to help - thank you! #Roathlibrary
